This group meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 2pm at Harborne Baptist Church (Sanctuary). We currently have twenty members and have room for more. The number of vacancies is simply limited by the size of the room! There are usually three talks per session given and prepared by the members on a wide range of topics.

We cover topics that encompass American politics, history and culture. This ensures that we get a wide and diverse range of subjects over the year. This year the topics have included: The Hollywood Bowl/ Pennsylvania Station/ US public holidays/ President McKinley/ Andrew Carnegie/ The Revolt of Texas/ The Early History of New York/ Scott Joplin.

We have welcomed several new members this year and have room for more.
